The cost of delivery is not included in the product price. The cost of delivery for you is:
- For orders up to 199.99 €, shipping is 10.00 kn,
- Above 200.00 €, you are entitled to free delivery of your order.
Deliveries are made by B-post (delivery service) to the address you provided when placing your order. The delivery time for ordered products is 2 to 7 business days from the visible receipt of your payment into our account. If you have a personalized order for delivery, it takes us more time and you will be notified via email about the production and delivery of the product. If you, as a buyer, do not receive the goods – or a postal notice of delivery – within the expected time after sending, you are obliged to inform us immediately so that we can check what happened to your shipment and react promptly. Orders traveling outside of Belgium have a special shipping fee, which is listed below for each country separately.
